Refunds/Replacements are reviewed on a case by case basis. We can only guarantee a refund or replacement purchased at kabotitathome.com, minus the initial shipping cost. 3rd party purchases, whether in store or online, will be decided on individually per case.

After your return is received we will begin to process your refund or replacement. Refunds will only be issued to the same credit card used to pay for the order. Please allow 5-10 business days for the full refund amount to post back to your account.
